We are a factory specialized in the makeup sponge. Our products cover different cosmetic puff such as latex-free makeup sponge, NR makeup sponge, SBR makeup sponge, NBR makeup sponge, ruby cell cushion puff, silicon puff, cotton puff etc. Our products are exported to the different countries.

We set up the factory in 2014 in my hometown Ganzhou City in Jiangxi province and we are a family-owned company. In 2014, we only produced the latex makeup sponge. We use NR, SBR, NBR material to make the cosmetic sponge with different shape. In early 2015, we began to make latex-free cosmetic sponge and silicon puff. To expand the product line, in late 2015, we set up another factory to produce ruby cell cushion puff specially in Guangzhou City in Guangdong Province.

With the area of over 8000 square meters, we have over 100 workers and the integrated system for research and development, production, supply and marketing. OEM and ODM service can be offered. We can print the clients Logo and make the mold and samples according to the clients requirement and design.

For the equipment, we have all the equipment for the production:1 boiler, 3 foaming machines, 2 autoclave, 3 washing machines, 3 vertical cutting machines, 2 horizontal cutting machines, 4 hydraulic press machines, 4 drying machines, 25 edge sanding machines. All these machines ensure the good lead time. The production capacity is around 3 million to 4 million pieces per month.
